01 - Exhibitor: TableTop – $400.00
Exhibitor fee includes one 8 ft table (with tablecloth) in the lunch/vendor hall and 2 lunch tickets; additional attendee/lunch tickets can be added for $30 each.
02 - Exhibitor: Outside Equipment Display – $550.00
Exhibitor fee includes a 20' x 30' outside area and 2 lunch tickets; additional attendee/lunch tickets can be added for $30 each. Tents/tables/signage are not included.
03 - Title Sponsor – $2,500.00
Includes two attendee registrations for Summer Field Day, speaking opportunity during the AM kickoff presentation, one exhibitor booth (you may choose inside or outside), sponsor signage onsite, social media promotion, and company logo on the Summer Field Day website
04 - AM Kickoff Sponsor – $1,250.00
Includes one attendee registrations for Summer Field Day, speaking opportunity during the AM kickoff presentation, sponsor signage at the coffee bar, and company logo on the Summer Field Day website
05 - Food Truck Sponsor – $800.00
Includes two attendee registrations for Summer Field Day, sponsor signage on the food trucks during lunch, and company logo on the meal tickets and Summer Field Day website
06 - Games Sponsor – $750.00
Includes one attendee registrations for Summer Field Day, sponsor signage in the games area during lunch, and company logo on the Summer Field Day website
07 - Room Sponsor – $500.00
Includes two attendee registrations for Summer Field Day, signage at the podium in sponsored room, verbal recognition and opportunity to speak for 2-3 minutes during the sponsored session, and company logo on the Summer Field Day website
